All coins come with an 7 day return privilege from the day you receive (sign for) the coin , as we would like our customers to be happy with their purchase. We are happy to give a full refund on the purchase price minus the postage as long as the coin is returned in the same condition as sent and in the case of slabbed coins returned in their slabs (holders).

3. All returns should be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. All returns should be shipped with sufficient postage and insurance for your protection.
Please note: All our stock is kept at the bank, therefore it usually takes us 1-3 days to access the items prior to postage but we aim to post your purchase to you as quickly as we can. We always obtain a proof of postage and where registered, recorded or signed for postage is used we will let you know when your item/s have been posted and email you the tracking number.

Payment accepted is British Pounds Sterling, US Dollars or Euros. We are happy to accept cash (sent at senders risk), cheques or PayPal (+ 4%). Funds can be transferred directly into our bank account above.
Postage (UK)
Free postage on all orders over £150 to anywhere in the World. Recorded Delivery is £2 and Special Delivery is £5. Some items that may be havier will have a slightly higher delivery cost, we will make note of this in the listings of any item that is affected, please see delivery charges when adding item to your shopping basket. Recorded Delivery is without insurance and sent at your own risk but we do always obtain proof of postage and haven't lost a package yet or alternatively you can obt for Special Delivery.
Postage (Non UK)
Free postage on all orders over £150 to anywhere in the World. All items are sent international signed for. Please add £5 or $8 for these services. We will email you with a tracking number for your package.
